Kenna Morgan, RN

Kenna Morgan is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience whose career has taken her from the bedside to the boardroom. She has cared for patients through every stage of surgery, served as a Director of Nursing, and guided Ambulatory Surgery Centers through the challenges of compliance, management, and accreditation.
She founded Kare Health Solutions to bring trusted expertise to ASCs, but with the help of her business partner, the company quickly grew into something more. Together, they expanded Kare to include concierge nursing and legal nurse consulting—two services designed to fill critical gaps in patient care and advocacy. Whether supporting someone through recovery at home or helping attorneys untangle complex medical cases, Kenna brings the same blend of clinical expertise, compassion, and clarity.
At the heart of all she does is a simple mission: advocate fiercely, care personally.
Outside of her work, Kenna is a devoted mother who finds her greatest joy in family. She loves days at the beach, finding new ways to lift others up, and is always dreaming up her next big idea. Her energy, compassion, and vision carry through every part of her life, making her both a leader in healthcare and a true advocate for people.
